We’ve all been through it, the last 18 months have tested us in ways that we never imagined possible.  Now, with the end of the tunnel in sight, it’s time to take control again, to put you back in the driver’s seat.

That’s why we are so excited to announce our first ever Champion Yourself to Wellness Women’s Retreat.  

Join us for 3 days of whole health wellness specifically curated for women who are experiencing physical, mental, emotional and hormonal life changes.  Our Champion Retreat is both personalized and adaptable, focussing on the specific skills you need to thrive in an imperfect world.

  • How to eat healthy for your stage of life
  • How to stay body positive with movement while maintaining hormonal health
  • How to focus on self-care – you take care of others in your life but who takes care of you? Take this weekend to create simple and empowering ways to bring self-care into your everyday life, so you can be the best for others AND for yourself
  • How to truly relax and enlighten your inner champion
  • How to jump start your wellness routine

Here is a look at what you can expect at the Champion Yourself to Wellness Women’s Retreat

Friday – November 12

  • 5:30pm – Begin your Champion wellness weekend with registering upon arrival, meeting your newest friends and receiving your welcome packet
  • 6:30pm – Dine on organically prepared farm to plate dinner – Sponsored by: Your PEAS
  • 7:30pm – We’ll regroup with an orientation for the weekend activities and review the Wellness Wheel that you will receive prior to the retreat.
    • Determining your ‘why’ – You’ll be invited to identify which intentions you have for Championing a healthier you.
  • 9:30pm – We’ll end the evening with a wonderfully relaxing bedtime mind-body meditation to help you get the deep sleep you deserve
  • 10pm – Nighty Night

Saturday – November 13

  • 7:30am Empower Hour – Champion yourself by choosing a stroll in the enchanting old-growth forest, a visit to the sauna or simply resting before breakfast
  • 8:30am – Feast on a delicious and healthy organically prepared farm to plate breakfast
  • 9:15am – We’ll regroup to connect and share what we have discovered so far
  • 9:45amNutrition workshop – Imagine a life free of restrictive diets and food rules.  In this workshop you’ll discover ways to make realistic and sustainable lifestyle changes so you can find your healthy weight.  You’ll be given tools that will support your health and well-being for the long run
  • 12pm – Refuel your body with the wonderfully prepared farm to plate lunch
  • 1pmBiography of the Inner Critic– gain freedom from the self-defeating behaviors and beliefs that are holding you back from being your true authentic self.
  • 2:45pmDiscover your Inner Champion – Discover your true authenticity.  Build your resilience and learn to bring out your pure authenticity, confidence and Inner Champion so you can thrive in an imperfect world
  • 4-5:30pmYou’re in for a treat!
    • Access Acupuncture: A free diagnosis and acupuncture treatment to help treat anxiety, stress, pain and overall health. A value of $75.
      • Anyone wanting treatment can fill out an intake form at the retreat
    • LIT Beauty: Will provide a micro needling demonstration to show-case one of their many incredible services.
      • You will receive a 25% discount from LIT when you book a future session (must be book while at the retreat)
  • 5:30pm – Night Walk: One of our most popular enriching experiences at Windhorse Farms.  The forest. And the dark. This 60-90 minute adventure is relaxing and inspiring.  Done in silence part of the way, with a little guided teaching and contemplation. Starting and ending around a fire next to Juniper Lodge
    No flashlight needed.  Bring weather appropriate clothing
  • 7pm – Bring your refreshed self to feast on the organically prepared farm to plate dinner –Sponsored by Leanne Myles from Team Clinton
  • 8:30pm – Melt into deep relaxation, bathed in healing sounds and vibrations witha sound bath by Primal Energy Relaxation
  • 10pm – Nighty night

Sunday – November 14

  • 7:30amEmpower Hour – Champion yourself by choosing an invigorating movement session, a quiet stroll in the enchanting old-growth forest or simply resting before breakfast
  • 8:30am – Feast on a delicious and healthy organically prepared farm to plate breakfast
  • 9:15am – Exploring hormonal health – Learn how to embrace hormonal changes that come your way at this stage of life
  • 10:30am“Thank you for seeing that in me” – one of the most impactful topics you’ll receive during this retreat.  Learn how to embrace and fully own your inherent strengths with a Champion Mindset
  • 12pm – End the weekend with a hearty snack to energize your journey home
  • 1pm – We will close off with the weekend with love, friendship and celebrating the Champion in YOU!
