The Champion Women’s Program is a powerful journey designed to help high-achieving women break free from perfectionism, quiet the inner critic, and step fully into their authentic leadership. Across six interactive units, you’ll learn how to challenge limiting beliefs, reframe self-talk, and build resilience with practical tools like the Dial Method and the 3 Rs framework. Meet Ann-Marie, Your Instructor ✳
For over 35 years, I’ve had the privilege of championing thousands of emerging leaders, athletes, teams, and women to reach levels of performance, productivity, and achievement they once thought impossible. And like so many of the people I’ve worked with, I’ve wrestled with my own self-doubt, perfectionism, and insecurity. Outward success didn’t always quiet the inner critic.
My journey began as one of Canada’s first female military SCUBA divers and continued as an international athlete. Those experiences shaped me both physically and mentally, teaching me that the same champion mindset needed in sport also belongs in the boardroom.
With that mindset, I learned how to:
Silence the inner critic that told me others were more qualified for my dream jobs.
Close the gap between my confidence and my competence, giving me the courage to go after opportunities I once would have avoided.
Sit with the discomfort of big changes and navigate the learning curves that come with growth.
This is the mindset I now share with you, because the champion in you is ready to rise.

      Yes. The program is pre-approved for 21 CPHR professional development hours, and you’ll also receive a certificate of completion.

      On average, participants spend 2–3 hours per week on readings, activities, and reflection.
