Speaker: Ernst & Young Professional Women’s Network workshop - Leading with Courage: Building Confidence, Navigating Imposter Syndrome and Creating Space to Thrive

An award-winning 8-week program from Ignite equips immigrant women with the skills and confidence to start their careers or businesses in Canada.

The newcomer journey is stressful to begin with. Newcomers face a multitude of external pressures, like the pressure to find work, the pressure to find an apartment, and the pressure to figure out the system. On top of these, they also face many internal pressures. All of this leads to increased stress and mental health issues.

In this workshop, participants will have a safe space to share their experiences, learn new skills, find emotional support, and grow with others.
